Medium towards deep ruby colour with a slight purple hue. Discreet nose offering wild berry fruit, dry spices, pepper and clove. Rather youthful and full palate, dense but ripe tannin, plenty of pepperiness and dry spice flavours with plum and crushed berry notes leading to a long finish. Fine potential but still youthful and restrained.
