Bright straw colour with a green hue. Pure and aromatic with lime, yuzu lemongrass, and "cool" tropical fruit like fresh mango and some chalky notes. Pure and precise palate with good layers, good tension and bright acidity with layers of citrus-laden stone fruit offering a mouth-watering finish with very good persistency.
