Bright straw colour with a youthful green hue. Pure and bright aromas of lime, ginger, yuzu and pale stone fruit. Good grip and extract, medium weight, pure and bone dry palate with zesty young fruit, ripe citrus flavours and some chalky notes leading on to a long finish.
