Bright pale strax colour. Aromatic with gooseberry, lime, citrus, and white-fleshed fruit notes. Good tension and grip on the palate with some flinty notes, bright freshness with attractive young fruit with a herbaceous spiciness, fresh mint, lime zest and a pur crisp finish.
