Pale straw colour with a green hue. Pure aromas of fresh herbs, garrigue, fennel, lime, lemongrass and white fleshed fruit. The palate shows good volume and extract adding freshness, well maintained acidity and elegant southern fruit without any tropical notes leading to a long finish.
