The color is deliberately hazy/unfiltered. Pure aromas of crushed grapefruit, citrus, pineapple, garrigue, and some floral notes. The palate is bone dry, yet ripe and unctuous, fine extract with layers of herbal young fruit, a slight creaminess with long and lingering finish.
