Bright straw colour with a light golden hue. Smoky and flinty nose with some pyrazine-like green pepper notes, green apple, citrus and wild herbs. Medium bodied palate, youthful freshness, a slight bitterness/skin contact, fresh with discreet fruit and a medium to long finish.
