Bright light golden colour with a copper/pink hue. Some grassy and herbal notes with pale stone fruit, liquorice and ginger. Good grip on the palate with a balanced bitterness giving lift and bite, pleasant fruit, warm and ripe but balanced with nice flavour intensity and length.
