Greece,
Macedonia,
Very youthful appearance here, it is a pale straw colour. There is still a slight hint of CO2. It is not really a sparkling wine, but just a natural CO2, that we find in young wine. The nose has medium intensity. It is a very primary style here with hints of fresh grapes. There are floral notes with restrained fruit like fresh apple, almond, some orange blossom. Light-bodied. In the direction, again I would say, in the direction of Muscat or Malavasia, those traditional Mediterranean grape varieties. So light with a very zesty acidity. Light-bodied yet with a good flavour intensity. It gives a good sensation on the palate. It lasts quite a while on the palate. So more aperitif style for the beginning of the meal, but none of the less very pleasurable.
