Bright light golden colour. Pure and layered nose with fine notes of crushed pear, melon, ripe citrus, lemongrass and wild herbs. The palate is dense yet fresh with plenty of power and persistency, savoury fresh fruit and a nice ginger/lemongrass spiciness.
