Intense dark inky core. The nose exhibits some new oak, ripe dark fruit, cassis, plum, cherry, leather and tobacco notes. The palate is dense but nicely rounded with a fine elevage and integrated oak, layered and finely spicy with fresh dark fruit leading to a long and lingering finish.
