Bright young straw colour with an energetic and youthful mousse. Generous nose offering hints of ripe pear, citrus, marsipan and floral notes. Bone dry palate, a gentle extract/bitterness underneath, fresh acidity and rather mild mousse. Fairly long finish, nicely done ina pure extra brut style.
