Domaine de Coulondres – Octantic – 2012

Medium to deep ruby red colour. Ripe nose of dark fruit with spicy notes of mint, sage and chocolate. The palate is dense but rather tannic and dry at present, nice fruit and spiciness but it should certainly deserve some time to soften.
