Domaine de Crochet – Chardonnay – 2010

The colour is a medium-deep straw yellow, with a hint of green indicating youth. Intense note, showing off some roasted notes, hints of oak; butter, toast, and ripe lemon. Palate has medium weight, very good grip, fresh acidity, mouthwatering with that discreet yellow fruit tempering that slight sensation of oak. The nose indicated a certain opulence and richness, but the palate keeps within that bone dry crispy and fresh frame. Good purity and a quite long finish. Well balanced.
