Inky black core with an aged rim. Mature and complex nose offering some smoky notes, mocha, caramel, ripe dark berries and chocolate. Very dense and concentrated palate, starting to open today it feels, packed with spicy dark fruit underlined by plenty of fine tannin, gentle oak and a mature spiciness. Long, dense and vigorous finish, a structured wine with fine maturity today.
