Impenetrable black colour. Sweet and perfumed with violet, cassis, dark cherry and some sweet oak derived spiciness. The palate has good weight and density, still youthful texture but ripe tannin, integrated but present oak, layers of ripe dark fruit, crème de cassis and kirsch with a very long and powerful finish. ambitious and well made still needing time to soften.
