Domaine de Jau – Jaujau 1er – 2023

Bright young straw color wth a green hue. Pure and youthful aromas of crushed apple, plum, ripe citrus, lemongrass, and garrigue. A hint of oak and vanilla, emerging on the palate, medium weight with a fresh backbone, youthful and crisp fruit with some wild herbal notes, leading to a rather long finish.
