France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
Quite low colour intensity, almost transparent, with a slight hint of straw yellow. Fresh and clean nose, very Sauvignon-like, with some green notes, almost some hints of fresh grape and lime, some fresh herbs, absence of oak, of course. Palate is bone-dry, crisp with a quite high acidity, nice and mouthwatering, it’s clearly a Sauvignon style, modern vinification showing that modern crisp fruit, some notes of kiwi, lime, apple. I would call it a rather light bodied style, but with a nice degree of purity of fruit. Medium-long aftertaste. Well-made, clean and crisp, something to enjoy rather young.
