France,
Burgundy,
Youthful white wine here, very pale, almost transparent colour, slight hint of straw colour. Fresh nose, a slight hint of mineral there, some stony notes and youthful hints of lemon zest, lime, some green apple and a slight hint of fresh almond. Definitely no oak in this one. Really bright freshness, certainly a wine that is built on that purity and quite elegant character, more of what I would call a Chablis style in terms of texture. Still young with rather neutral fruit, but it certainly has a certain length. I like the really cleansing, classically bone-dry finish, in its true gastronomic style I would say.
