Bright and transparent. The nose exhibits dry spices - cardamom, pepper, citrus, wild herbs with good juniper presence. Good bite on the palate a classically dry profile with liquorice, cumin and cardamom spice, viscous texture with moderate alcoholic sensation, more of the herbal presence towards the finish, well built with good character and spice yet being recognizable as a gin.
