Youthful bright straw colour with a green hue. Pure and aromatic nose of fresh herbs, lemon and lime zest with crushed pear and apple. The palate has good extract a slight tannic sensation and spicy notes of fennel and aniseed, well balanced acidity and quite persistent finish in a medium body with nice notes of garrigue.
