France,
Loire Valley,
Colour is fairly intense it is youthful with a dark ruby-red core. A slight hint of purple. The nose is combining red and dark berries with some spicy notes. There is a slight hint of pepperiness, some leather, some fresh herbs as well. Still quite youthful on the palate. There is still a good presence of tannin. Which is obviously part of the style, they will easily integrate in the following one to two years. Medium weight, but good density of fruit. Quite a combination of red and dark berries. Slight herbal presence. Some pepper notes, leather and a medium towards long finish. A wine I would preferably put back in the cellar for one to two years and then it should have rounded off the edges a little bit.
