Medium deep ruby red colour. Herbal red fruit on the nose with red currant, sage, Rosémary, pepper and discreet oak. Medium weight with pronounced tannin, high acidity, still rather restrained fruit with a medium to long finish. A rather austere style needing time to soften and gain harmony.
