Pale straw colour with a green hue. Pure nose offering moderate ripeness - green apple, fresh herbs, lime and lemongrass. The palate is bright and fresh, well built with fine volume, offering moderately ripe discreet and fresh fruit with notes of citrus, fennel and wild herbs leading to a rather long finish.
