Very dark purple/black colour. The nose exhibits black cherry, prune, liquorice and tobacco with mild oak in the background. The palate is very dense and concentrated, yet with a balanced tannin texture, dark and brooding with a fresh acidity underneath, inky dark berry flavours with tobacco, pepper and liquorice, concentrated and age worthy yet approachable already. A wine of character and personality.
