Dark core and a purple hue. The nose displays dry spices, pepper, ripe dark fruit, meaty and smoky notes. Good density on the palate, youthful and grippy tannin but starting to soften and mature it feels, a well-maintained freshness, attractive dark fruit, pepper, smoked meat and a long dense finish.
