France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
Bright with a light golden colour. Quite generous nose, displaying some fruity and buttery notes. Fruit feels quite ripe. It is in the direction of yellow fruit, stone fruit. Slight hint of corn and then some butter and vanilla. I don’t think this has any oak, it is rather an expression of fruit. Quite broad palate. Offering generous fruit with some of those buttery notes, hint of vanilla. Those yellow fruity notes are coming back on the palate. With an addition of something nutty, such as a gentle bitterness like chopped almonds or nuts. Balanced freshness, good purity of fruit. Medium-long finish. Should be enjoyed fairly early on.
