Bright young straw colour. Pure and stony nose, discreet but lightly tropical fruit, fresh pineapple, ripe citrus and almond notes. Textured with good volume and sense of freshness, mild extract gives lift and a slight saltiness, creamy mid palate with more freshness towards the finish and digest yellow fruit all along.
