Domaine de Mirail – Le Peyrusquet – 2007

Quite deep core, some age towards the rim; the nose has some development, slightly balsamic nose, hints of leather spice and dried plum; the palate has slightly dried fruit and a high acidity, slightly tannin and rustic on the finish.
