France,
Loire Valley,
Straw colour with a slight green tinge indicating youth. Pure nose rather a mineral expression, with some notes of lemon, lime, green apple. There is a slight hint of herbal notes. Classically bone-dry palate with a fresh acidity. Youthful and vital with some zesty notes. It appears there might be a slight hint of oak on the palate. Also really noticeable on the nose, it is nicely integrated in that case. More of a nuttiness. Still a light palate in terms of structure, but it does have a good flavour intensity. Bone-dry, good freshness, youthful fruit. Medium towards long finish. Still youthful but it is an attractive drink already. It should develop over the short term.
