Domaine de Montrose – Rosé Mont Rose Grape Ale – 2021
Côtes de Thongue

France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
Deep rosé with a golden hue and famy mousse. The nose is distinctly beer-derived with yeast notes, malt, caramel, red berries and floral hints. Bone dry palate with a good level of freshness, still tastes more like beer than wine but is well-made for this hybrid style, with good character. Difficult to judge for me but pleasant indeed.
