Young bright pale straw colour. Very youthful nose with barely ripe citrus, lime, apple and some herbal notes. More density on the palate however, grippy and fresh with rather persistent flavour and some more depth, the nose should open up from some aeration and age I´m sure. It is balanced with a pleasantly long and fresh finish.
