Dense dark core with a lighter ruby rim. Complex nose showing some maturity and evolution with notes of truffle, smoke, dried fruit, mild oak, and an ample palate. Dense with a tannic backbone, yet starting to soften with sweet and developed fruit flavours, peppery and spicy with good freshness underneath, followed by a long, spicy finish.
