Bright light to medium golden colour. Pure and intense nose with yeast driven nuttiness, biscuit, hazelnut and ripe citrus notes. Pure and precise palate - bone dry with good grip and extract, a vibrant backbone with spicy and nutty fruit, mature and complex but no oxidation leading to a long and lingering finish.
