Light amber colour. Pure and intense nose with high ripeness and a nutty spiciness - dried apricot, pineapple, candied citrus and ginger with beeswax and honey. High sweetness on the palate with a fine extract giving lift, a fresh acidity with candied yellow fruit and nutty long finish - delightful.
