Bright medium deep colour. Distinct and intense nose offering yeast derived complexity crushed hazelnut, dry spice, pepper with sweet citrus, ginger and nutty yellow fruit. The palate is bone dry with good extract and bite, a mild tannic backbone gives lift, crisp acidity with pure and developed but not oxidised fruit, leading to a long and spicy finish.
