Dense garnet colour with lighter ruby rim. The nose shows some evolution and sweet fruit notes - cassis, red berries, bay leaf and tobacco. A fairly dense palate with youthful but ripe tannin blending red and darker fruit with some tobacco and spice flavours. Good length, still a bit on the youthful side, should improve from furhter cellarng, drink after 2023.
