Domaine des Elixirs – Calices – 2015

Bright light golden colour. Floral and perfumed nose of ripe stone fruit, roasted nuts (perhaps oak), aromatic herbs and fresh butter. Rather ripe and bold palate, yet with a fresh backbone, juicy fruit, apricot and pineapple with some citrus zest and rather dense and persistent finish. Dense and ambitious.
