Dark core and a lighter ruby rim. Some development on the nose - a traditional style with some leather and animal notes (brett), pepper, dried fruit, cherry and cassis with some oak. Dense palate, still a youthful texture with a tannic grip, dried fruit flavours, leather, tobacco and spice box, rather complex but turns out bit dry due to the brett, could be much better.
