Domaine des Gravalous – Cuvée Traditionnelle – 2020

Inky dark purple colour. Ripe dark fruit like cassis, cherry, leather and white pepper. The palate is youthful and slightly firm with a tannic bite, dry spice notes like pepper and dried herbs with dark berry notes and a tight rather long finish. An age worthy style needing time to soften, drink from 2023.
