Domaine des Pasquiers – 2021

Dark garnet colour with a purple hue. The nose shows a fine purity with wild berries, some garrigue, liquorice and tobacco. Rather ample and dense palate with soft texture, a fresh backbone, vibrant dark and peppery fruit with fine persistency.
