Domaine des Pierres Seches – 2015

Light golden colour. Intense nose of smoke, ripe stone fruit and citrus, almost Riesling-like with some stony, mineral notes. The palate is full bodied, also showing some new oak, lush fruit, good grip and extract with a fresh backbone and a long finish. Intense and ambitious.
