Domaine des Pradels Quartironi – Monsieur Carignan – 2015

Light to medium deep ruby red colour. The nose is floral and pure with spicy red fruit, pepper and ginger notes. The palate has medium weight but good flavour intensity, finely spicy with good length, freshness and balance.
