Dark purple core and a lighter rim. Pure and intense nose dispalying some mature notes of leather, pepper and smoke aired with floral dark fruit like lavender and blackberry. The palate shows good concentration, still youthful but balanced tannin and spicy dark berry flavours with liorice and black pepper notes leading to a long and meaty finish.
