Domaine Dromadaire – 30670 – 2011

Medium deep ruby red colour with a mature rim. Mature nose displaying sweet fruit, cassis, and cherry with floral and herbal notes, rather Cabernet-like. Medium bodied palate, still a bit on the tannic side with a hint of oak, sweet red fruit and cassis with an herbal spiciness, and a medium to long finish. Still with a tannic presence. Could still soften some more.
