Inky dark core and a purple hue. Intense nose with high ripeness displaying kirsch, cassis, cinnamon, clove and peppery notes with a mild hint of oak and toast. The palate shows good volume and density already a finely rounded texture with grainy tannin, flavours of cocoa powder and a blend of red and dark fruit with a mild oak presence and long warm finish.
