Domaine du Cayron – 2015

Medium deep ruby red colour. Sweet and perfumed nose with floral hints like lavender, cherry, raspberry with dry spices and wild herbs. Polished and smooth texture with good weight and dense fruit, still youthful but balanced with a nice amount of freshness and a long finish with sweet cherry and spice notes.
