Domaine du Cayron – 2016

Medium deep ruby red colour. Youthful nose, peppery and spicy with dry spices, fresh herbs and red berries, some balsamic notes. Medium weight, a youthful acidity, slight tannic bite, restrained red fruit and a medium to long finish, still needing time to soften.
