Pale straw colour with a green hue. Pure nose, some herbal notes, lime and lemongrass with white fleshed fruit like crushed apple. The palate is off fry, closer to dry yet a hint of sweetness, apple and pear notes with a crisp acidity, some honeyed notes and a medium towards long finish.
