Inky bright purple hue. Spicy nose of fresh black pepper, clove, bay leaf and layers of inky dark fruit. Dense palate with plenty of black fruit flavours, modest extraction, yet with plenty of tannin well-integrated, discreet oak and spice in the background with a long and layered finish.
